It may request Accessibility to autofill passwords in apps outside the browser, and Camera only if you scan a QR code to set up an account. It has no business with screen recording. To check on your Mac, open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, and review the Camera, Microphone, Screen & System Audio Recording, Accessibility, and Full Disk Access lists for 1Password.
